Video: Suckers - A Mind Less Known (Baryshnikov Remix)

Mike Dextro’s new music collaboration, Baryshnikov, is with childhood friend Mikhail Bortnik, owner of the urban street-wear brand Mishka NYC. They are remixing dark dance and lo-fi music for My Gold Mask, Suckers, Blessure Grave, //Tense//, and other artists throughout the United States in anticipation of Mishka’s record label division of the clothing brand and original music production. Banging the Door (11/18/10)

Trophy Bar - Thursday November 18th


Brooklyn’s Trophy Bar is teaming up with DJ Mike Dextro to host a night of post punk, electro, disco, pop and rock with rotating resident DJ’s Allan Dias and Ole’ Koretsky.

Mike Dextro’s new music collaboration, Baryshnikov, is with childhood friend Mikhail Bortnik, owner of the urban street-wear brand Mishka NYC. They are remixing dark dance and lo-fi music for My Gold Mask, Suckers, Blessure Grave, //Tense//, and other artists throughout the United States in anticipation of Mishka’s record label division of the clothing brand and original music production.

Ole’ Koretsky, high school friend of Mike’s joins him as resident. Having a deep rooted mutual mentorship with Mike, Ole’ is also collaborating with Andy Rourke, bass player and song writer for 80’s legends, The Smiths. Their first remixes are currently charting top 40 dance charts in Europe.

Allan Dias, New York City raised London transplant was the longest running member (besides John Lydon) of the first commercially successful post - punk band, Public Image Limited. Lead by former Sex Pistols frontman, John Lydon, PiL brought commercial exposure to the Post Punk movement in England and NYC.
